The annual spring clinic and conditioning sessions will officially begin on Tuesday, April 15 and run every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for a six week period, ending Thursday, May 24. The first five weeks are scheduled in the Central Penn Fitness Center natatorium. The last week is scheduled to move outdoors to the Latshmere Swim Club. There will be two in-water sessions each evening. Younger swimmers (generally 10 & under) will have in-water sessions each evening from 6:00-7:00 p.m. These sessions will include a greater emphasis on stroke development and basic endurance. |
