Custom posters will be made for each swimmer who elects to participate.
Posters will be 13" x 19" on glossy
poster stock paper.
Posters will include swimmer's photo, name & class (Fr, So, Jr, Sr) and the season's schedule of dual meets and invitationals.
Due to the team's particpation in the Bulldog Bash on Wednesday, December 28, the dryland session normally scheduled for Wednesday has been moved to Tuesday, December 27. The time has not changed. Be prepared to begin at 3:30 p.m. Yoga will be the focus of this session.

Mechanicsburg charges an admission fee for swim meets. Adults are $5.00, seniors $3.00, and students and volunteers are free.
The meet is scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m. with a 2:30 p.m. bus departure from McD.
Diving will not be part of this meet.
All swimmers MUST wear footwear of some sort going in/out of the natatorium. This is a Mechanicsburg High School policy enforced to limit slipping in the hallway adjacent to the pool area.
All swimmers should plan on being present for the school’s official team photo on Thursday, January 5 starting at 3:30 at Central Penn. Please make arrangements to be in attendance on January 5. Team and individual photos will be taken.
Envelopes to order photos have been distributed at practice.
