Winter Sport Physicals – A note from Rochelle Blakely, athletic trainer

Direct all questions pertaining to sport physicals and paperwork to Rochelle Blakely or Tommy Mealy. Please do not attempt to hand in any forms related to the sport physicals to a coach

The school is hosting winter physicals on Monday, November 8 from 9:30AM - 11:30AM. Ahletes can either have a physical completed with their primary care physician or reserve an appointment by going to this link: ttsu.me/rgmgw8.

The last day to sign up for a physical at the school is November 3.

The first unofficial swim practice is Monday, November 8 beginning at 4:00 p.m. at the Central Penn Fitness Center. Non mandatory practices will be conducted each weekday until the first official practice on Friday, November 19.

For each of the non mandatory practices, swimmers and coaches will meet for a brief team meeting at 4:00 p.m. in the solarium, adjacent to the pool, prior to the start of the in-water practice at 4:30 (once mandatory practices begin, team meetings/dryland will begin at 3:45). Practice will run until 6:00 p.m.
