McD Swimming Parent & Swimmers' Meeting - Thursday, November 3 at 6:30 p.m. in High School Cafeteria
A pre-season information and planning meeting will be held on Thursday, November 3 at 6:30 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. All returning and potential new parents of swimmers should plan to attend this meeting. New swimmers may also attend this meeting.
The following topics will be discussed:
Collect contact information for new and returning members.
Review practice and meet schedules.
Review meet expectations for swimmers and volunteers.
Review general expectations for swimmers.
Review apparel and equipment guidelines.
Review team expenses.
Review fundraising needs and discuss options for 2016-17 season fundraising.
Discuss social events.
Accept volunteers to assist with various team functions.
During this pre-season meeting all returning and prospective new members should be prepared to return the swimmer/family information form and practice facility waiver forms.

2) Central Penn Waiver for Swimmers to Access and Use Facility
