The Bishop McDevitt Swim Team will host a bake sale during the McD vs Hershey football game on Friday, September 22 at Bishop McDevitt High School. This will be the team’s first funraiser of the 2017-18 season. This was a great kick-off fundraiser for us last year!
Each team member is asked to donate an item or item(s) for this sale. All proceeds benefit McD Swimming. A sign-up list is HERE .
Baked goods can be dropped of at the home of Janeen Lauver, (7042 Creek Crossing Drive, Harrisburg) anytime Thursday, September 21 or Friday, September 22 after school. You may also bring items to the game by 5:45 p.m.
There will be multiple shifts in which both parents and swimmers are asked to participate to make this a success. The team will also be selling popcorn, cotton candy, sno-cones as well as baked goods.
Please see the 'timetosignup' sheet HERE to sign up for a shift and donate baked goods. We're going to need 3 parents and 4 swimmers per shift.
*Please put baked goods in individual bags ($1.00 worth each) and label if it is made with peanut butter or nuts. Thanks!!!
