McD Swimming & Diving Organization Meeting for Parents - Tuesday, October 16 at 6:30 p.m. in High School Cafeteria

A pre-season information and planning meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 16 at 6:30 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. All returning and potential new parents to the program should plan to attend this meeting. Students may also attend this meeting but the information discussed will primarily be addressed to parents.

The following topics will be covered:
1. Collect contact information for new and returning members.
2. Review practice and meet schedules.
3. Review meet expectations for swimmers and volunteers.
4. Review general expectations for swimmers.
5. Review apparel and equipment guidelines.
6. Review team expenses.
7. Review fundraising needs and discuss options for 2018-19 season. Some information will be distributed at the meeting.
8. Discuss social events.
9. Accept questions and volunteers to assist with various team functions.

During this pre-season meeting all returning and prospective new members should be prepared to return the swimmer/family information form. Times are only requested for new/prospective members.
