Swim/Dive Team Concession, Baked Goods, Popcorn & Sno Cone Sale at McD vs Red Land Football Game - Friday, September 13 at 7:00pm

On Friday, September 13, the Swimming & Diving program is required by the school to provide volunteers for the main concession stand. In addition, the team will sell baked goods, snow cones and popcorn. There will also be a table set up to sell the hardy mums.

Each team member is asked to donate an item or item(s) for this sale. All proceeds benefit McDevitt Swimming and Diving. A sign-up list is Here

Baked goods can be dropped off at the home of Adriene Madden (7681 Aynlee Way, Harrisburg) anytime on Thursday, September 12, or Friday, September 13 until 4:30pm. You may also bring items to the McDevitt Swim/Dive team table at the football stadium by 5:45pm.

There will be multiple shifts in which both parents and swimmers are asked to participate to make this fundraiser a success. Please see the "timetosignup" sheet HERE to sign up for a shift and donate baked goods. We will needs lots of volunteers for this event. Incoming freshman and families are always welcome to help.

Please put baked goods in individual bags. Bags will be sold for $1.00. Clean-up will begin during the 4th quarter.

If you plan to take baked goods directly to the game, please make sure items are delivered to the swim/dive table inside the stadium next to the concession stand. Do not drop off items at the gate (to avoid confusion with tailgate activity).
