First Official Swim Practice - Friday, November 20

Friday, November 20 is the first official practice for all winter sports. The coaches request that ALL swimmers attend.

Swimmers should bring a pen or pencil and an extra towel to Friday's practice. If a swimmer has not yet submitted their physical/recertification forms or is not officially cleared to swim, their attendance during the team meeting is still requested. Swimmers that are not cleared to swim will be excused after the team meeting.

Team meetings and/or dryland will take place each day between 3:45-4:30. In-water practice is from 4:30-6:00.

Please make sure to return the two waiver forms required by Central Penn to a coach either before the start of Friday's practice. Links to the two required waiver forms are below.

1. Central Penn Parent/Guardian Waiver Release Form - This form will allow swimmers access to the Central Penn Facility. Complete and return to a coach the first week of practice.

2. Central Penn COVID-19 Family Waiver Form – This form acknowledges risks associated with COVID-19. This form must be completed to enter the facility. Complete and return to a coach the first week of practice.
