Practices are held each day of the week. There is the possibility we may add a Saturday session for some swimmers. Team meetings and/or dryland take place each day between 3:45-4:30. In-water practice is from 4:30-6:00.

Please make sure to return the two waiver forms required by Central Penn to a coach either before the start of Friday's practice. Links to the two required waiver forms are below.
1. Central Penn Parent/Guardian Waiver Release Form - This form will allow swimmers access to the Central Penn Facility. Complete and return to a coach the first week of practice.
2. Central Penn COVID-19 Family Waiver Form – This form acknowledges risks associated with COVID-19. This form must be completed to enter the facility. Complete and return to a coach the first week of practice.
