First Official Swim Practice &
Normal Schedule
First official practice for the 2022-23 season is scheduled for Friday November 18.
Practices are held every Monday-Friday from 3:45-6:00 p.m. at the Central Penn Fitness Center.
The season concludes on Thursday, March 16 (PIAA Championship Meet).
