this schedule will be followed for most weeks of the season.
Sunday - OFF
Monday - 6:15 - 8:00 p.m. at Derry Twp Pool
Tuesday - Time TBD at Red Land High School
Wednesday - 6:15 - 8:00 p.m. at Derry Twp Pool
Thursday - 7:15 - 8:30 p.m. at Paramount Trampoline
Friday - Time TBD at Red Land High School
Saturday - 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Paramount Trampoline & 11:30 - 1:15 p.m. at Derry Twp Pool.
Please wear shorts and a t-shirt to practice over your bathing suit as team members will complete some stretching prior to getting in the pool.
Remember, you are all required to get a physical to participate in high school sports, so please make sure this process is completed.
