The team's annual post-Thanksgiving Pancake Breakfast is just around the corner. The breakfast is scheduled for Saturday, November 25 in the high school cafeteria.
In preparation for this event, there will be an informal parents' meeting immediately after swim practice on Monday, November 13 at 6:00 p.m. at the Central Penn Fitness Center. The expectation is that this meeting will only last 15-20 minutes.
Purpose of this meeting:
* Distribute 10 advance sale tickets to each family. The value of each envelope provided to each family will be $100. Advance sale proceeds OR any unsold tickets should be returned at practice the following Monday (Nov. 20).
* Review ways to improve last year's event.
* Review priority needs for volunteers and donations for the pancake breakfast.
