Winter sport physical packets and recertification forms are posted on the team's website (below). If a student is not currently competing in a fall sport\, the full physical packet must be completed. if they are in a fall sport\, only the recertification form needs to be completed.
Families have the option of taking forms to their personal doctor to be completed or attend the school's one-day physical opportunity on Monday\, November 7th from 9-11\:30 a.m. Each physical is $15 at the school.

First unofficial practice for the 2022-23 season is scheduled for Monday\, November 7. Any student new to the team will be strongly encouraged to attend all unofficial practices. All team members are welcome to attend unless provided with other instructions.
Practices will be held every Monday-Friday from 3\:45-6\:00 p.m. at the Central Penn Fitness Center.
The first official practice is scheduled for Friday\, November 18. The season concludes on Thursday\, March 16 (PIAA Championship Meet).
