Winter sport physical packets and recertification forms are posted on the Swimming &\; Diving team website (below). If a student is not currently competing in a fall sport\, the full physical packet must be completed. If a student is already in a fall sport\, only the recertification form needs to be completed.
Families have the option of having a physical completed by their personal doctor.

First official practice for the 2024-25 season is scheduled for Friday\, November 15.
Practices are held every Monday-Friday from 3\:45-6\:00 p.m. at the Central Penn Fitness Center.
The season concludes on Thursday\, March 13 at the PIAA Swimming &\; Diving Championship Meet hosted by Bucknell University.

This year we will be ordering subs from Joe Mama’s Kitchen for athletes to eat as they head to their meets. Subs are $7.50 each and include a 6” sub with mayo/mustard and lettuce/tomato/onion separately on the side (Please note\: Drinks and sides will not be included his year).

On Wednesday\, December 4\, immediately after practice\, swimmers and divers may volunteer to wrap presents that will be handed out during the Knights' Annual Breakfast with Santa. Volunteer assistance will also be needed to decorate the Knights' Christmas tree. The Knights will provide food for athletes as they wrap and decorate.
The Knights of Columbus is located at 145 Peach Street\, Harrisburg (before you get to the post office off Jonestown Road).
