McDevitt swimmers will receive final and confirmed information about assigned warm-ups the week of "Mid Penns". The warm-up session will be 20 minutes in length.

Swimmers permitted in locker rooms/pool deck: p.m.
Warm-up Begin: p.m. multiple sessions to accommodate 30 teams (McD assigned to _______________ Warm-up: _____________ p.m.)
One way sprints: 5:30-5:45 p.m.
