Please see the following important physical information from Rochelle Blakely, Bishop McDevitt's athletic trainer.

Winter sport physical packets and recertification forms are posted on the Swimming & Diving team website (below). If a student is not currently competing in a fall sport, the full physical packet must be completed. If a student is already in a fall sport, only the recertification form needs to be completed.

Families have the option of having a physical completed by their personal doctor.
