Big Spring Bulldog Bash
A bus will depart at 7:15 a.m. from Bishop McDevitt High School to Big Spring High School. All swimmers should be at the high school no later than 7:10 a.m.

A return bus from Big Spring back to Bishop McDevitt is currently scheduled. A return bus will be cancelled if it determined all swimmers plan to return home with their parents.

RULES:
● Each swimmer may enter a maximum of 4 events, two of which must be a relay (diving counts as an event).
● Each school may enter an unlimited number of swimmers in individual events.
● Each school may enter a maximum of 3 relay teams per event.
● The National Federation Championship Rules will be followed.
● Dual confirmation on relay take offs.
● Declared false starts are allowed.
● Events 13 and 14 (500 yard freestyle) will be limited to 3 heats in order to keep the meet time in check. Swimmers who do not make the top 18 will be dropped. If your swimmer is cut, coaches will be notified and allowed to enter them in another individual event.
● Swimmers are required to bring a towel & footwear to/from the pool.
AWARDS:
Twelve (12) places will be scored using National Federation approved scoring. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 in each event. Ribbons will be given to 4th – 8th place. Team trophies will be presented to the top two scoring boys’ and girls’ teams at the conclusion of the meet on the pool deck.
OTHER INFO:
● Spectator Admission: Adults -$5.00 Students- $2.00 - CASH ONLY
● Concessions will be available in the commons area throughout the meet - CASH ONLY
● Team area and seeding area will be in the gymnasium. Dress appropriately - Footwear and sweats!
Towels/blankets must be placed under chairs.
