A pre-season information meeting will be held on Thursday, October 15 at 6:30 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. Please note this is change in the date to avoid a conflict with the NHS Induction ceremony planned for Wednesday, October 14.
All returning and potential new parents to the program should plan to attend this meeting. Students are also welcome to attend but the information discussed will primarily be addressed to parents.

Fall Team Event: Field of Screams
Members of the Bishop McDevitt Swimming & Diving team will attend the Field of Screams on Saturday, October 17. Please make sure you arrive at the Field of Screams ticket area by 6:30 p.m. (before the team enters the main gate).

Members of the Swimming & Diving team have been assigned to run the main concession stand during the home football game on Friday, October 30 (last regular season Friday home game & senior recognition night).
The team has also been provided the opportunity to customize the menu with our own food offerings (additional profit). We are requesting the donation of certain food items.
The team will receive a portion of the profits generated from sales during the game. Members of the Swimming & Diving will need to provide volunteers to prepare and serve food and drinks. A volunteer list broken down by shifts is provided below.
Stadium gates open at 5:30. We will need several volunteers during "shift #1" to arrive at 5:00 to begin set-up and food preparation.
Volunteers are asked to arrive a few minutes before their designated times.

Warm-up Try on & Order Collection Date – Wednesday, November 4
Samples of the team's official Under Armour warm-up jacket and pants (small, medium, large) will be available to try on at 2:45 on Wednesday, November 4 in the school's cafeteria.
Please be prepared to try on items and hand in an order or simply drop off your completed order form and payment if you already know your sizes. This date is not the final collection date but it will be the only opportunity to try on sample jackets and pants.
First unofficial practice for the 2026-27 season is scheduled for Wednesday, November 4. Any student new to the team will be strongly encouraged to attend all unofficial practices. All team members are welcome to attend unless provided with other instructions. A membership to the Central Penn Fitness Center is not required to attend these practice sessions.
Practices will be held every Monday-Friday from 3:45-6:00 p.m. at the Central Penn Fitness Center.
