Order Form for Wreath & Greens Items
Taking Orders:
Only the "order summary" form (information requested on page 2 of this form) needs to be returned by the deadline.
Swimmers/swimmers' parents should make sure they have a record of the "seller's copy" portion (page 1 of 2) of the order form with individual names and purchases.
All advance purchase orders are due no later than 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2025.
Please be sure to add the total number of units sold on your order form prior to submitting.
Payment:
Payment can be made during the first week of practice (third week of November). If a swimmer/parent would prefer to return payments to coach Kurt prior to the first week of practice, please contact him at Swimming@BishopMcDevitt.org.
Checks should be made payable to Bishop McDevitt Swimming & Diving.
The team cannot cover the cost for any items sold (submitted for order) but not paid for. All payments will be the responsibility of the family/person placing the order.
Wreath Arrival and Pick-up:
Wreaths will be delivered to the Bishop McDevitt High School Stadium on the Tuesday prior to the Thanksgiving (this is an approximate date for delivery provided by the wholesaler).
Once the wreaths arrive, we will designate days and times for pick-up - likely Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving. We ask that each family make every effort to pick up their order on that date unless they are away for the holiday weekend.
