Mid Penn Championship Meet TENTATIVE Information

McDevitt swimmers will receive final and confirmed information about assigned warm-ups the week of "Mid Penns". The warm-up session will be 20 minutes in length.

Friday, February 6 Timeline for Swimmers

Bus departs from Bishop McDevitt: 1:15 p.m.
Team will stop for brunch prior to arriving at CV
Arrive on Cumberland Valley campus: 3:15 p.m.
Coaches and swimmers check-in: 3:30 p.m.
Coaches permitted to enter the pool area: 3:40 p.m.
Swimmers permitted in locker rooms/pool deck: 3:45 p.m.
Warm-up Begin: 4:10 p.m.
There will be multiple sessions. McD assigned to session 2 Warm-up: 4:30-4:50 p.m.
One way sprints: 5:30-5:45 p.m.
Meet begins: 6:00 p.m.
Meet ends: 8:41 p.m.

Friday Doors Open for Spectators to Enter the building: 4:00 p.m.

Additional Information for Parents/Spectators

Admission Fee: The admission fee is $8.00 per person. All money from admissions goes to the Mid Penn Conference to help defray expenses.

Livestream: Cumberland Valley will be providing the livestream for this championship. It can be accessed here:

Heat Sheets: Electronic copies of the heat sheets for the Championships will be available using your smart phone with a QR code and Meet Mobile.

Results: The results will be available real time with Meet Mobile. This app is available at the Apple and Android stores. The results will also be posted at several locations during the meet and to this website.
